Our smoking dust in made by us in Wales from our woodland specifically for smoking food. Our smoker dust is kiln dried and finely milled down to a 0-1mm particle size. Unlike many other brands our dust is specifically produced for smoking food rather than a bi product like sawdust. The super fine particle size is essential for the long, slow, even smoke.

Supplied in a 1.5Litre craft pouch which is resealable to ensure the dust     remains bone dry and ready for your next smoke
